How to Become a Truth Sleuth Mystery Shopper
Step 1:
Shopper Registration
Complete the registration form
which includes personal details about you that help
us to carefully match your profile with those
desired by any of our clients. Your privacy is of
utmost concern to us and as such we do not share
your personal details with clients. In fact, our
clients never know who you are - that protects
everyone's privacy and maintains the integrity of
program.

Step 2:
Training
All mystery shoppers hired by
Truth Sleuths must be completely versed in the
industry's Code of Ethics as well as the basics of
mystery shopping. All persons who wish to become
mystery shoppers must familiarize themselves with
all the relevant information freely provided.

You're registered! Now What?
As a registered mystery shopper, you will be notified
(usually by email or phone) when suitable
assignments become available. You may also check the
Shoppers' Portal page of this website for updates.
Details of shops are available only to registered
shoppers and you
will need to have your username and password handy
to be able to log in.
If you are notified of an available shop, you will
have 48 hours to accept or decline the offer. If you
are accept, you will then receive additional
information and instructions directly pertaining to
the shop. After that, you complete the shop as
instructed, submit your report and get paid!
Personal Profile
The profile you created during registration, can be
modified at anytime by yourself (and only yourself)
by visiting the Shopper's Portal page. There you
will also be able to see details of all your current
and previous shops with the Truth Sleuths program
and other relevant information.
Grading
After each shopping assignment, shoppers are
assigned a grade (from A to C) which is based on their performance
in terms of reliability, completeness, timeliness
and clarity. These grades are stored on each
shopper's personal profile and may determine the
availability and quality of future shopping
assignments.
